MAIL NOTICES.
The letter-box will be cleared for despatch of correspondence from the Temuka Post Office to the undermentioned places as follow : For Northern Ports of New Zealand, per Penguin, on Tuesday, March 24th, at 5 p.m. For United Kingdom and Australian Oolonies, per Te Anau, ob Wednesday, March 25th, at 1.55 p.m. For Northern Ports et New Zealand and Sydney, per Manapouri, on Wednesday, Maroh 25th, at 5 p.m. For Northern Ports of New Zealand, per Penguin, on Saturday, Maroh 28th, at 5 pm. The next English and European Mail via San Francisco, will close at this Offioe on Wednesday, the 25th day of March, at 5 p.m. Money orders and registered letters and newspapers at 1 55 p.m. Late tee letter* (6d extra) at the Railway Travelling Post-Office Mail Van (Northern Express Train) till the departure of north express train. This mail will be due in London on 29th April, EASTER HOLIDAYS. Friday, the 27th (Good Friday), will be observed as a close holiday. Mails usually despatched on that day will be closed at 8 p.m. the previous evening. Monday, the 30th (Baiter Monday), the office will be open from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. only. A. W. MANN, Postmaster.
