IRISH AFFAIRS.
London, March - 8, Messrs Parnell and McCarthy, have agreed to devote the fandp of the .Irish party in the bands of Paris bankers to relief of distressed tenant?, March 9. Mr Balfonr's fund for the relief of Irish distress has reached £90,000. It bas been ascertained that there are only £9OOO to the credit of the evicted tenants fund in the hands of the Paris bankers, instead of £30,000 as was sapposed. Mr Parnell's delegate left Qaeenutown for America in a storm of hisses, fit's supporters retaliated, and a riot followed. It is said to be unlikely that the Americans will help either party.
