Berlin, March 2. The Emperor is represented as incensed at the refusal by the French cf his overtures for peace, and is said to b» now awaiting his opportunity to chastise the French. Paris, March 4, i The Figaro states that the Quaen is ipleased with the treatment of the Empress Victoria in Paris, and intends Id spend two days in the city on her way to the 6oulh of Prance. March 4. The North German Gazette says that the frontier regulations will be made heavier if the behaviour of France renders it necessary.
