Fj/r-ui. Faix. A man named John Marrett fell a distance of 26 feet from a Scaffolding at Dunedin last Wednesday nnd received injuries to his head which resulted in his death on Tuesday night. At the inquest the jury added a rider 10 ,j\p ß rerdiot, recommending the appointment,of some person whoso duty it would foe to see that all scaffolding should La <out»3tjiatial and properly fixed.
