The letter-box will be cleared for despatch of correspondence from the Temuka Post Office to the undermentioned places as follow : For Northern Ports of New Zealand, per Penguio, on Saturday, January 31st, at 5 p m. From Ist January, 1891, the rate of postage to the United Kingdom by Sin Francisco or by direct steamer will be 2£d per half oz., and 6d psr half oz., by any other route. Post cards, 2d each, will be issued for correspondence to United Kingdom, from Ist proi. A. W. MANN, Postmaster.
