At his election meeting in Carterton, Mr Bueny was asked if he was in favour '.f stoa's and weasels. His reply w«« ; “Is it likely that a bunny would approve of Btaatfl and weasels ? (Hoars of laughter.) There are stoats and weasels, outside the animals we cal l ato«ts and weasel*, and they are doing their to gut rid of * Bunny’ but they will not do it,”—(Laughter.)
