London, Nov. 25. In the House of Commons to-day Mr W. H. Smith annonnced that Go. vernment intended to occupy the whole time until their measures reached Committee. Mr Gladstone has given notice of a Bill providing for the removal of the disabilities of Roman Catholics in respect of the Vice-Royalty of Ireland and the position of Lord High Chancellor of Great Britain, In the House of Commons Mr Balfonr has given notice of a separate Bill dealing with the congested districts in Ireland. Nov, 26. The House of Lords has agreed to tha Address in Reply. In the House of Commons there was a tame debate, which collapsed altogether upon Mr Gladstone declining to move an amendment when Mr Parnell had been re-elected leader of the Irish party. In the House of Commons, Mr R. Cunningham Graham has given notice of his intention to introduce a general Eight Hours Bill. It is considered unlikely that Mr Gladstone will take a prominent part in the present session of Parliament. Mr W. H. Smith in the House of Commons to-day, staled that it was the intention of the Government to set np a Commission to enquire into Mr Stanley’s charges concerning the conduct of the late Major JBarttelott, Mr Parnell resumed his seat in the House of Commons to-day,
