IN Pursuance of “ The Regulation of Elections Act, 1881," and “The Electoral Acts Amendment Act, 1890," I, CALEB E. BHEBRATP, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Geraldine, do hereby giro notice that by virtue of a writ bearing date the sth day of Noyembor, 1890, under the hand of the Clerk of Writs, AN ELECTION will be held for the return of a Qualified Person to Seryo as a MEMBER for the said Electoral District; and that a POLL, if necessary, will be taken at the several Polling Places of the said district on the sth day of DECEMBER, 1890. Eyery Person desirous of becoming a Candidate must be nominated by not less than Two Elector* of the District by a Nominatien Paper, os prescribed by Section Fiye of the Amendment Act, delivered to the Returning Officer on or before the 27th day of November, 1890.
