"N Pursuance of "The BegulatioD of __ Elections Act, 1881," and "The Electoral Acta Amendment Act, 1890," I, CALEB B. SHERRATT, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Greraldme, do hereby give notice that by virtue of a writ bearing date the sth day of November, 1890, under the hand of the Clerk of Writs, AN ELECTION will be held for the return of a Qualified Person to Serve as a MEMBER for the said Electoral District; and that a POLL, if necessary, will be taken at the several Polling Places of the said district on the sth day of DEOEMBEB, 1890. Every Person desirous of becoming a Candidate must be nominated by not less than Two Electors of the Dislriot by a Nominatien Paper, as prescribed by Section Fiye of the Amendment Act, delivered to the Returning Officer on or before the 27th day of Noverabsr, 1890.
