Sydney, Oct, 29. In the House of Assembly this even' ibg Air Dtbbs,.. in moving a vote of oaoabre on the Government for postponing the declaration of their fiscal policy Severely attacked the action of the Government in regard to the present labor difficulty. The Premier, who replied to Mr Dibbe, wa#repeated ly interrupted by Mr Taylor. tlit* new, member for. West Sydney, and-ihe Speaker ordered; that tbe latter be arrested and suspended from resuming hie seat during the day. Melbourne, Oct, 29 . In m ring, bis want of confidence motion this evening Mr Monro made a Vigorous attack on the railway manage, meat, and accused Mr Gillies, the Colonial Treasurer, of withholding information as to the state of the finances, thereby caasing financial disaster. In replying, Mr Gidies defended the fiscal policy of the Governingt, bnd showed • that there was now o dseon a million to tbe credit of the public account. He contended that tbe colony would have no difficulty, in meeting its engagements until the time to float another loan arrived, which would not be this year, and probably-not next year.
