SUPREME COURT.
A session ef the Supreme Court will commence at Timaru to-day at 11 a.m., before His Honor Judge Dennistoun. The following are the cases for trial;— CEIMIKAIr CASES. George Tozer and John Tozer, larceny of sheepskins at Eaincliff. Andrew Ingram, wife desertion. W. S.u?ssll, indecent assault. Jas, McAnley alias Baldwin, forgery and uttering at Geraldine, also false pretences, two charges, and larceny, one charge, CIVIL CASES.' Moss Jonas v. F. R. Oldfield, claim for balance of interest on account, Mr White for plaintiff, Messrs Smithson and Raymond for defendant. S. Parmenter v. W. Robinson, claim £flso damages for assault. Mr White far plaintiff, Messrs Perry and Perry for defendant. John Simmons v. H. Simmons, Makikihi, suit for dissolution and accounts. Mr White lor plaintiff, Messrs Perry and Perry for defendant.
