GERALDINE COUNTY COUNCIL. -\T° TICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Geraldine County Council deBires to raise the sum of £3OOO by way of LOAN, under the provisions of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1886, for the purpose of Constructing Irrigation Works within that part of the Geraldine County known as the Waitohi Flat Water Supply District, and that it is proposed that the first year's interest on the Baid loao during the construction of the said work shall be paid out of the moneys to be so borrowed ; and that the sum of £IBG is proposed to be set apatt in each year towards the paying off of the Loan, and it is proposed that a SPECIAL RATE of One Halfpenny in the Pound on the rateable value of the property within the said Waitohi Flat Water Supply District shall be pledged as security for such Loan.
