IVTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I\| the Geraldine County Council deto raise the sum of £2500 by way of LOAN, under the provisions of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 3886, for the purpose 6f Constructing Irrigation Works within -that part of the Geraldine County known as the Waitohi Flat Water Supply District, and i bat it is proposed that the first year’s interest on , the said loan during the construction of .the said work shall be paid out of,the.moneys to be so borrowed ; and that the sum of £165 is proposed to be set apart in each year towards the paying off of the Loan, and it is proposed that a SPECIAL RATE of One Halfpenny in the found on the rateable value of the property within the said Waitohi Flat Water Supply District shall be pledged as security for such Loan.
