Nearly all the Land consists of well-grassed hills, capable of wintering stock: It has been subdivided in suitable-sized Blocks, and the subdivision lines have been marked on the ground by trenches and lines cut through the grass, and the Land has been valued according to its quality and position. The Land put up as Unsurveyed has not been marked on the ground, bub the position of the land is easily determined by existing fences or formed roads.
