The Land put up as Unsurveyed has not been marked on the ground, but the position of the land is easily determined by existing fences or formed roads. Applications for surveyed land made on the same day shall be decided bv lot, but priority of application on the same day for unsurveyed land shall determine the right thereto.

Agents must attach to their application a written authorisation to act. Printed forms of authorisation, or the declaration required, can be had on application at the Land Offices, Christchurch or Timaru.
