A cab containing Sir Henry and Lady Parkes bolted in the city this afternoon. Both occupants were thrown 1 out. Sir Henry had both the small bones of his legs broken, but Lady Parkes escaped with a severe shaking, Tho driver of the vehicle was seriously injured. The Premier is progressing favorably. It is reported that a French company have purchased the interests of a leading English trader in the New Hebrides. Albany, May 18.
