Two interesting cases will be heard [ in the Dunedin Supreme Court next month. One is an action for divorce, the petitioner being the daughter of a well known citizen. The parties, it is stated, have been only a few months married. In the other action £SOO is claimed fer breach of promise of marriage and seduction.
