Mr Fisher, M.H.E., has taken out a summons against the woman Mrs Moss, who has been annoying him at public meetings, not on account of her action there but on the ground of alleged insulting language used on ■flebruarv 4th. In a letter to ihe Post lie says he would not have taken such an tntreme against a woman but that die had persisted in inolestfng him in the streets, and using his wife's namu, ..fcer ihoy had befriended her in yarious ways.
