Mr Parnell asked Mr W. B. Smith again to-day what action tho Government intend to take on tbe report of tbe Times-Parnell Commission, Mr Smith promised to invite the House to accord its thanks to the Commission, The entry of tbe report in the journals of tbe House was ironically cheered, Tbe Opposition profess indignation at the behaviour of the Government, Mr O’Brien denies that the Irish party aim at separation. Feb, 19. The National Liberal Federation congratulates tbe Parnellites on tbe triumphant vindication of their honor. The Liberals are drafting an amendment to Mr Smith’s motion ot thanks to .ihe Parnell Commission.
