TO THE EDITOR. Sie, Can _ you tell us why the bakers in Christchurch and Dunedin can make bread of Temuka flour and sell the same at fourpence when the Temuka bakers can’t sell it for leas than sixpence ? Is it because there is not a co-operation bakery in this district ?—I am, etc., Enquires.
