.London, Jan. 29. Tanner was sentenced to three months’ imprisonment for threatening. The Dockers’ Union have decided not to block tho ocean liners in connection with tho Bermondsey dispute, in hopes of averting a lock-out. In consequence of the strike agitotion becoming a public nuisance, Mr Matthews, the Horae Secretary, has ordered the police to arrest the leaders when a djslurbance or obstruction to traffic occurs. Berlin, Jan, 29. Owing to the want of funds and tho proximity of the general elections the colliers in Prussia will not renew their strike until March Ist,
