THE REVOLUTION IN BRAZIL.
Rio de Janeiro, Dec. 17. Bunkers arc refusing drafts on the Brazilian provinces. , All resident foreigners have been declared citizens of the Republic. The rebellion was hastened by the fact becoming known that Dom Pedro had arranged to abdicate on December 2nd. It is alleged that the Brazilian naval officers who were opposed to the Republic were secretly executed, Lisbon, Dec. 17. Dom Pedro approves of the manifesto issued by Apretos asking the Brazilians to support the Imperial candidates at the coming election for Congress.
