Rendab, his son-in-law, also a portrait of Governor Gore Brown, lent by Oaplain Stewart. A new exhibit has been received by the commissioners this morning in the snapof a boltlo of soda ,hfiter, int-ct, which went down ia the Taranu at Wnipapa Point in 1881. The relic was obtained by Messrs B tson and Co.’s diving party. Several other boriFa wo e recovered at the same time, and oa bring opened the sodawater was found to bo of excellent qua'ity. Tim Governor lias forwarded to the Exhibition a fae simile of the cha I of New Zealand originally made by Captain Cook. The fisheries court baa been completed, so far as a naucity of exhibits can be termed complete. The Horae Industries court contains some splendid exhibits, but it is sot yet in order. Dec. 14.
