Sydney, November 21. Arrived—Lubeck, from Samoa. She reports all quiet when she left on the 9th inst. A joint note was issued by the British, German, and American consuls, proclaiming Falietoa King, and requesting the Samoahs to reinstate him without delay. _.,. When the Auckland schooner Ulive was on the j point of leaving Waihs Island, fifteen natives boarded the vessel and demanded that they should be conveyed to Samoa under a threat of murdering the crew. The demand was complied with, as the crew feared the men would carry out their threat if an attempt were made to put them ashore again. _j
