A GRIEVANCE.
ro THE EDITOR. Sib,—Some time ago I had oocaiion to make a complaint concerning a nuisance between my neighbor and myself concerning a heap of pig manure to force rhubarb cloee to my side door, not 12 feet from it, In faot, X drew the attention of the clerk, and alee the ohairman and one of the committee to it, when one and all decided it was a disguiting nuiiance, and, at the chairman's advice and dictation, wrote to the board complaining and wishing investigation of the matter. I did so; but to my surprise on reading this morning's paper my letter to the board ia not mentioned at all, only various others. I aßk you, Mr Editor) what you will think of inch an oversight ? Any suggestion of yours will oblige, and perhaps enlighten me on the subject. Is it favor, or is it justice?— I ami &c, A Baxbpaxib, Geraldine, Nov. 7.
