RIFLE SHOOTING.
The firing for the company’s gold meftfll by the members ot the Geraldine Bifles was completed on Thursday last, the two first ranges having been fired off the previous week. Eighteen of the corps competed, but a number of them did not turn up to firs the final atige on Thursday last. The competition is a lhandicap one, and the medal will •eventually become the property of the imarksms.n winning it the most times •out ,of eight competitions.
