New York, Oct. 27. Two of the wrecked survivors of .the steamer Earnsmoor, from Baltimore to Rio Janeiro, which foundered at sea, have returned to the former city They relate a story of terrible suffering. The survivors were forced to take refuge in an:open boat, and were reduced to the direst straits by want of water and food. The pangs of hunger reduced them to feeding on the dead bodies of two of their comrades, who had succumbed to their privations.
