LoiTDOTSr, Oct. 19. The English wheat market is depressed ; the Continental is declining; the American is unchanged. Colonial beans average 38s, New Zealand hemp, £29 15s to £3O. / The money market is dull, owing to large arrivals of gold being expected. Three months bills are quoted at 3| per cent.
