THE FRENCH ELECTION.
Paris, Sept. 24. .At the eltection Ahfe ! Radicals have secured 120 seats 'and Of 'those 85 are 1 Royalists an4^ f |! r s.; ..hdberents of Boulanger. In the latter instance there are largo numbers of men new to political life. In Paris General Boulanger polled 192,000. The English and Continental Press consider the result of the elections a total collapse of Boulangerisra, Sept, 25.. The Chamber of Deputies: .will probably meet in November, whem Government will resign leaving, President Carnot free Id summon whom he pleases. London, Sept. 25. General Boulanger, in the course of an interview, asserted that all parties in Franco were disappointed with the result of the elections, but he considered that the situation from his point of view had improved. The Opposition are stronger, and the majority is composed of divided ! interests which it will be found cannot work together. In his opinion a crisis; is inevitable.
