NEW ZEALAND RAILWAYS. TRAIN ARRANGEMENTS & FAKES • FOR TIMARLT RACES—SEPTEMBER 19th and 20th. SATURDAY RETURN TICKETS to TIMARU, available for return till 23bd SEPTEMBER, will be issued on the 18th, 19th, and isOiH SEPTEMBER, at CHRISTCHURCH, 0 AMARU, and Intermediate Stations ; and to WASHDYKE at CHRISTCHURCH, TEMUKA, and Intermediate Stations on tbe 19th and 20th. On the 19th the Train due to leave Christchurch at 8 a.m., and to arrive at Timaru at 1.55 p.m., will etart at 7.45 a.m,, and be due from Orari at 11.31 a.m., Winchester 11.42, Temuka 11.58, arriving at Timaru 12.25 p.m. It will connect at Washdyke with a Special Train from Timarn to the Racecourse. On tbe 19th and 20th tbe Timaru-Orari Train will leave Timaru at 5.35 p.m., instead of <3.5 p.m., and ran 2i hours later than Time-table time. B el 4 BY ORDER.
