WOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Geraldine County Council desire to RAISE THE SUM OF £I6OO BY WAY OF LOAN, under the Provisions of the Local Bodies Loan Act, 1886, for the purpose of CONSTRUCTING IRRIGATION WORKS within that part of the Geraldine County known as the ORARI - WAIHI WATER SUPPLY DISTRICT, and that it is proposed that the First Year’s Interest on the said Loan, during the Construction of the said Work, shall be Paid out of the Moneys to be so Borrowed, and that the Sum of £lollss 8d is proposed |to be set apart in each Year towards the Paying off of the Loan, and it is proposed that a SPECIAL RATE OF ONE PENNY AND A SIXTH OF A PENNY (IJd) IN THE POUND on the Rateable Value of the Property within the said Orari-Waihi Water-Supply District shall be Pledged as Security for such Loan.
