THE PARNELL COMMISSION.
London, 29. , Before the Times-Parnell Cohimission adjourned to-day, the cashier of the National Bmk was examined. He slated that the books and papers of the bank for eight years previous' to 1886 had been destroyed by order of the vicechairman.? It was subsequently elicited that the destruction took place in ordinary course, and not,'at'the 1 instigation of the Parnellite party.' The books destroyed [Contained fhe ; .accounts of Mr J. G. Biggar and other members of the National League. ;
