Provisions of tho Local Bodies Loan Act 1886, for the purpose of CONSTRUCTING IRRIGATION WORKS within that part of the Geraldine County known as the WAITOHI FLAT WATER-SUPPLY DISTRICT ; and that it is proposed that the First Year’s Interest on the said Loan during the Construction of the said Work shall be Paid out of tho Moneys to he so Borrowed, and that the Sum of £165 19s j is proposed to be set apart in each Year towards the paying off of the Loan ; and it is proposed that a SPECIAL RATE OF ONE-HALFPENNY IN THE POUND on the Rateable Value of the Property within the said Wuitohi Flat Water-Supply District shall be pledge! as security for such Lean.
