London, June 24. Russia has occupied Deer Island, near Fusan. The semi-official Independent Ronmanik denounces the action of the Servian Regents towards Austria, and condemns the formation ,ot a Great Bervia. Belgrade, June 23. A Russian journalist has been expelled from Servia for drafting an antiAustrian manifesto. St. Petersburg, Juno 24. The Russian Government has ordered torpedoes to be kept in constant readiness.
