ENGLISH MARKETS, London, June 23. Prices for New Zealand crossbreds range |d higher; those sorts are in strong demand. To date of 67,600 bales catalogued, only 30CD have not been sold. Tallow, medium mutton, 255; do beef, 245, Splendid weather prevails at present, and the crops are ripening rapidly, The yield is expected to be more abundant than last season. American reports are also favorable, and represent the quality as good. June 24. Yermin iu the hop gardens is decreasing and prospects of good yields are improving. The wool market is animated. Good Merino and fine crossbred have an upward tendency.
