Thursday Island, June 6. Eastern news by steamer, stales great damage has been caused by rain storms in Japan, and many districts are flooded. Manilla has been invaded by Asiatic cholera, and an average of forty-eight deaths occur daily. Sir O. Warren wjs received at Singapore with military honors.
