Berlin, May 2. It is expected that the Conference Will reinstate Malietoa in the sovereignty of Samoa. The committee are engaged drafting a plan for the government of the islands under native rulers, and also settling the constitution of the tribunal to adjudicate on questions of private fond tenure.
