MR DILLON AT MELBOURNE.

Melbourne, May 1. Mr Dillon delivered an address on Ireland ia#t night. He argued that the murders and outrages in that country had been committed in revenge, and that the guilt rested on the law and on the Government. Thus the only hope was to make government in Ireland impossible unless the demands of the people were conceded to. They declined to publish a statement of the receipts and expenditure of the League funds, because it would afford immediate grounds to the British Goyernment to instituth a prosecution for conspiracy. Mr Dillon severely condemned the Australian Press for its attitude towards him and his colleagues.
