London, April 10. Mr Henniker-Heaton has arranged that Sir Charles Russell shall arbitrate in the dispute connected with the administration of the Yandeleur estates in Ireland. The term of Mr William O’Brien’s sentence has been shortened, and be will be liberated on the 22ad May,
