J PINCKNEY } Churchwardens. ja!s SPECIAL ORDER CONSTITUTING ORARI AND WAIHI WATER SUPPLY DISTRICT, AS FROM THE Ist MARCH, 1889. a Special Meeting of the Geraldine County Council held on Wednesday, January 9th, 1889, it was unanimously agreed that the Petition of Ratepayer* praying that the District defined in the Special Order (copies of such definition being open for inspection at the Offices of Geraldine and Mount Poel Road Boards, also at the Geraldine County Council Office, Timaru) be declared a SPECIAL WATER SUPPLY DISTRICT, in the terms of the Counties Act, 1886, under the name of the " OrariWaihi Water-Supply District,” as from the First day of March, 1889, and will be Confirmed at a meeting of the Council, to be held on Wednesday, February 13th, 1889.
