THE EUROPEAN SITUATION.
London, December 14. The Persian Government is seeking to satisfy thi demands of Russia. Constantinople, Deoember 14. M. Nelidoff, the Russian ambassador, demands that the Porte shall give a precise date for the p»juaent of the war indemnity, insisting that he has slrir> gent orders to see that Russia is paid out of the new loan before any other payments are made. The Porte has agreed to rigorously comply ,witb tha demand.
