* Tejtpka—Monday, Nov. 26,1888. [Before Captain Wray, E.M.] CIVIL CASES. • W. McCann v. J. Taylor—Claim £ll7s 6d;—Hr Aspinall appeared for the plaintiff.— Judgment by default for the amount claimed and costs. A, E. Allan v. J. Tulford—Claim £4, 7s 3d.—Mr Aspinall appeared for the plaintiff. The defendant admitted the claim, and offered to pay 3s per week.—The plaintiff refused to accept that, and said the defendant had just completed a good job.—Judgment for the amount claimed and costs. A. R. Allan v. W. Eagleston —Claim 17s 6d.—Mr Aspinall appeared for the plaintiff.—The defendant admitted the claim, and judgment was given for the v amount claimed and costs. A j_ b. "Wareing v. A. Macdonald— W Claim £ls.—Mr Aspinall said that in J this case defendant desired the case adjourned, and on behalf of the plaintiff he would agree to it. The case was accordingly adjourned. ’ r the education act. In re the case of W. Fawdray, charged with having neglected to send his daughter Ellen to school, Mr Aspinall produced a medical certificate r showing that she was not in a fit state to go to school.— The case was accordingly dismissed. 1 The Comt then adjourned:
