Taylor—Claim £ll7s 6d;—Hr Aspinall appeared for the plaintiff.— Judgment by default for the amount claimed and costs. A, E. Allan v. J. Tulford—Claim £4, 7s 3d.—Mr Aspinall appeared for the plaintiff. The defendant admitted the claim, and offered to pay 3s per week.—The plaintiff refused to accept that, and said the defendant had just completed a good job.—Judgment for the amount claimed and costs. A. R. Allan v. W. Eagleston —Claim 17s 6d.—Mr Aspinall appeared for the plaintiff.—The defendant admitted the claim, and judgment was given for the v amount claimed and costs. A j_ b. "Wareing v. A.
