PARNELL COMMSSION.
London, Novemberl7. The Times - Parnell Commission granted the Times permission to tender as evidence reports of journals other t than the limes, It is asserted t|hat Sir Charles Bussell will produce evidence tracing the alleged forged letters back to the persons who received them from the writer, and will show that these letters were altered from the Original form by means of forged sentences of a damning nature being inserted'in the body ot the documents on which the Times based its chargee. He! stated also that the writer who forged fhe sentences vsfl R be produced ; that His evidence will indicate to whom the; letters were sold, and what price he received for them. November 19. ■ Mr Harrington, of the National League, apologised to Sir James Hannan for bis behaviour, and Ibis examination is now, proceeding. j
