PARNELL COMMISSION.
London, November 14. At the Times-Parnell Commission the Oonrt roled that Sir R. E. Webster's requpst that Fenian witnesses should be indemnified was premature, on the ground that it was uokuown whether the confessions of such witnesses would be competent. A witness deposed that the Ancient Order of Hibernians in Araerico purchased arms from Patrick Ford and O'DbnbTan Koesa, who were members of the order. November 161 Lady Mouotmorres was examined before the Parnell Commission to-dny. Bbe fully described her husband's murder, and under the severe cross-examina-tion of Sir Charles jftussell, fainted, her farther examination being postponed. A sharp passage of arms took place to-day between Mr Harrington, secretary of the League. and Sir James Hannen, President■ of the Commission, in consequence of which the Court was obliged to adjourn,
