A Cukiotts Point.—A peculiar point was raised by Mr McNub on Friday in the Blenheim E.M. Court. One person sued another for £2,-for detention of a parroquet. Defendant's counsel asked that plaintiff be nonsuited on the ground that the parroquet name under the head Feraoe naturae, and that tiny such on csaaping from custody became res nullius, and eonld not be the eubjeot of larceny or civil action. Plaintiff was nonsuited.
