ENGLISH AND FOREIGN. London, November 4. Vagliann Bros., merchants, of OM Broad Street, London, have recovered 671,000 from the Bank of England, i'he action arose out of the Geyka frauds in 1887. Geyka, who was a Herk in the bank, forged bills on the firm for the amount mentioned, and was sentenced to ten years’ imprisonment for the fraud. The Right Hon. B.
