BANK OF NEW ZEALAND.
London, October 10. Mr Falconer Larkwortby has retired from his position as managing director of the Bank of New Zealand on a pension. He still retains his position of managing director of the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company. Mr T. M. Stewart, of Melbourne, Inspector cf the Australian branches of tho Bank, succeeds Mr T. G. Pleydell as acting manager in London. It is expected that the new capital of the Bank of New Zealand will be subscribed nearly threefold., ■
