London, October 3 It is-reported that the pror rioter of the Times objects to incur the double oxpens of appearing fully before the Trails Commission and fighting the action brought against the proprietor and pub isher by Mr P.irneli in the Court of Session at Edinburgh, and will therefore reserve most of the witnesses for the drftncc. in the libel action, ter ds.ring only nrfficimi evidence to the to coin pot Mr Parnell to disci m his hand. The Pall Mall Gazette states that Mr Parnell has uncarthrcl the forger of the letters -i : t to have been written by him and that evidence to bo adduced at the forthcoming trial in Edinburgh will leave -no doubt as to the letters being forgeries. Sympathisers with Mr Parnell are jubilant at this news.
