Grßy) have received instructions from the Trustees of the Paterson Estate to offer for Sale by Public Auction the Well-known and Valuable Properties of the Estate as atove. THE TEMUKA PROPERTY, Koowo as " SPRINGFIKLP," Containing 555 Acres (mtre or less), Will be submitted in the following Subdivisions : Lot I—Containing about 61 Acres in Native and English Grasses. This Land has never been broken up. Lot 2—Containing about 95 Acres, ia Tiro Paddocks ; laid down in Wheat (Red Chaff). Lot 3—Containing 59 Acres, in Two Paddocks, oi which about 31 Acres are laid down in Wheat (Red Chaff) and the balance in Grass. Lot 4—Containing about 54 Acres, laid down in Grass.
