UwuiMNE— Wednesday, Sept. 19, ]BBB. Before Captain 0. A. Wray, R.M., and H. W. Moore, Esq., J.P.] CITII CASES. J. P. Kalaugher v. Thomas Egan— Claim £2 14s. Judgment summons. Defendant showed a receipt for 10« paid prior to the summons, and another for £l, paid since the judgment was obtained. He asked for time to pay off the balance, as he was out of work. Jbe case was adjourned tor lour weeks to allow defendant time to pay. Deputy Official Assignee in the estate of W. Lawsonv. E. S. Cook— Cl«m £9 3s lOd. Mr J? Wilson Smith appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr J. W. White for the defendant. This was a claim for goods, etc., supplied, part of which defendant disputed. After evidence had been taken on both sides the case was adjourned till next Court day to allow defendant to produce a book bearing on an item of £5 5s for rent. A. Fisher v. Uaiger—Claim llssd. J l o Judgment for 9s, and costs 3s. 'lhe Court then rose.
